Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify CSL at least 7 days before the event start date.

 

Refunds, if approved, are at the discretion of the organizing committee and will be processed within 10 working days.

 

If the event is canceled or postponed by CSL, a full refund or transfer of registration to the next event will be offered.
