Once registration is confirmed, fees are non-refundable.

 

In case the event is postponed due to weather or operational issues, registrations will be valid for the rescheduled date.

 

If a participant cannot attend, a replacement from the same organization can be nominated by informing us at least 48 hours before the event.

 

Refunds will be processed only if an event is canceled by CSL.

 

All refund requests, if applicable, will be verified and processed within 10 working days.
